I want you to know, you're in good company.

Welcome to this inclusive space! I aim to help you see that you are in good company with your authentic self, your values, and others. I am gifted in creating safe, genuine, hospitable healing spaces for your personal journey and life in general. With In Good Company Counseling and Spiritual Direction, you can have questions, wonderings, and wanderings - it's all welcome here.

I've been a contemplative for 15 years, leaning into solitude, living a life of mindfulness, and learning to be present to myself, nature, and my higher power. These contemplative practices help deepen our capacity for mindful presence. With In Good Company, I use integrative, trauma-informed care to ensure that your healing unfolds at your own pace, guiding you to truly feel that you are in good company on your spiritual journey.

Personal growth is about connection and meaning. I challenge traditional approaches, hoping to provide a breath of fresh air for those tired of beliefs being forced on them, those in the LGBTQIA & BIPOC communities. Gentle, safe, open-minded spaces are a great option to help you through spiritual healing.

You may be wondering "What is the difference between a therapist and a spiritual director?" The short answer is a counselor is trained to answer your questions, while a Spiritual Director is trained to respond to your questions.

Spiritual Directors are more concerned and focused on the questioner versus the question. This does not mean that we ever stop asking questions, but it means we stop looking for definitives.

Most of my life I have never felt like I was in good company, so it's my life's work to help you know that you are!

Bring your questions, your doubts, and your celebrations. You're not alone on this journey - welcome to a space where you are truly in good company.

There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls.
